Description:
Study of genes associated with B-cell differentiation and neoplastic transformation at the cellular and molecular level. Must have performed isolation of DNA and RNA, northern and southern blotting, PCR, synthesis of relevant constructs utilizing genomic and cDNA clones, transfection, in vitro mutagenesis, DNA sequence analysis, performance of standard immunologic assays, culture and manipulation of selected tumor samples, cell lines, and normal mononuclear and epithelial cells.
