Research Associate (Mira Mesa)

Biotech firm seeks candidate with 1 year’s experience with mammalian cell culture (experience with hematopoietic cells or stem cells is a plus). Requires experience working with the identification and/or isolation of rare cell populations including methods of magnetic-bead based separation. Must have worked with plate-based assays such as PCR and ELISA, and have the ability to handle large numbers of samples in an organized manner.
Experience with PCR; Q-PCR/Real-time PCR a plus.
