Research Assistant for Sample Processing, R&D (mountain view)

Mountain View company seeks RA-level candidate for rare cell isolation, cell analysis, and blood sample processing.
Cellpoint Diagnostics is a Mountain View company of approximately 30 employees. Our goal is to develop an exciting new method of cancer diagnosis and monitoring. We offer the chance to work in a rewarding, dynamic environment and to make a real contribution towards improving the management and treatment of a disease that kills over seven million people per year.
The ideal candidate will have a BS degree in a life science and 0-4 years experience. The candidate should be capable of precisely following SOPs, be able to work with minimal supervision, and have experience with sterile laboratory techniques. This position involves working with human blood samples in a BioSafety Level 2 environment. Cell culture, microscopy, and/or PCR experience are a plus.
