We are looking for an experienced Ph.D. Scientist whose responsibilities include but not limit to: a) To lead development of new products and services based on lenti-viral technologies in the area of stem cell and/or small non-coding RNA; b) To conduct custom service projects; c) To participate in ongoing projects supported by a NIH SBIR grant to screen and identify small transcriptional activation RNA (i.e., RNAa); d) To provide technical support for select product lines, and e) To write and submit SBIR grant applications to the NIH;
Minimum Requirements: 1) Ph.D. degree in Molecular Biology or Molecular Cell Biology with at least 1 year of post-doctoral training in life sciences; 2) Extensive hand-on experiences in constructing library in lenti-viral vectors, packaging and propagating lenti-viral particles, gene cloning, PCR, mammalian cell culture, stem cell culture, reporter cell line generation, cell-based assays, and FACS; 3) Previous experience in developing and commercializing life science research reagents would be a plus. and 4) Good writing and oral presentation skills;
