Research Scientist- Bio-MEMS/Microfluidic Engineer with Surface Chemistry Experience
Nanobiosym, Inc is seeking candidates to work in a dynamic team environment of physicists, engineers, and biologists. You will develop, characterize and troubleshoot microfluidics and bio-mems based systems.
Position requirements:
Extensive hands-on experience required in executing, optimizing and troubleshooting current surface chemistry molecular biology techniques (DNA sequencing, cloning, and mutagenesis).
In addition to impeccable technical skills, successful candidates possess strong organizational, communication and team skills, and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Preferred skills:
PhD in Biomedical Engineering, BIO-MEMS, microfluidics engineering or related field with 5+ years relevant research experience.
Expert proficiency in the use of standard molecular biology techniques (DNA sequencing, PCR, cloning, and mutagenesis).
Proficiency in use of CAD software.
