Human Resources Shared Services is a combined team of professionals based in Mountain View, CA who are now serving the HR needs for the entire Sutter Peninsula Coastal Region, which includes Mills Peninsula Health Services and Palo Alto Medical Foundation (Palo Alto Division, Santa Cruz Division, and the Camino Medical Group).
Human Resources Shared Services is a combined team of professionals based in Mountain View, CA who are now serving the HR needs for the entire Sutter Peninsula Coastal Region, which includes Mills Peninsula Health Services and Palo Alto Medical Foundation (Palo Alto Division, Santa Cruz Division, and the Camino Medical Group).
This new integrated services group is looking for a HRIS Specialist to ensure accuracy and consistency of the ePAN rollout, as well as working closely with other teams in reviewing best practices and policies.
In this position, the HRIS Specialist acts as the ePAN (electronic personnel action notice) super user training, guiding and educating HR team members and managers on usage of the ePAN tool. The Specialist identifies system issues, recommends solutions and works with the HRIS team to resolve them. This position is also responsible for auditing new hire and employee information change ePANs, updating the Lawson HR Information System, guaranteeing data integrity and working closely with the Payroll Department to ensure employee information is transmitted from the HRIS database to Kronos.
Associate's degree in Human Resources. Must have a minimum of three years of experience utilizing HRIS systems; experience with Lawson preferred. Has a high level of creative problem solving skills, as well as priority setting skills. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
