Human Resources Shared Services is a combined team of professionals based in Mountain View, CA who are now serving the HR needs for the entire Sutter Peninsula Coastal Region, which includes Mills Peninsula Health Services and Palo Alto Medical Foundation (Palo Alto Division, Santa Cruz Division, and the Camino Medical Group).
In this position the HR Representative will greet and assist applicants and visitors. You will also assist employees via telephone, or in person, regarding a variety of HR inquires or transactions. You will be responsible for supporting the day to day activities of human resources such as recruiting, benefits, compensation information systems and disability /WC. In addition you will provide entry -level administrative/clerical support for the HR Shared Services Department.
High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred. Minimum one year of general office experience including heavy telephones , filing, managing mail , copying, collating packets, data entry and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task without losing productivity or quality. Must be able to work both as an individual and team contributor.
