Healthcare Organization Seeking Budget Analyst (Medford, MA)

A well established healthcare organization located north of the city is seeking a Budget Analyst to join their team. Salary is in the 45-55k range.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for developing and managing the budget and performance measurement tracking systems, PCR and other financial management and control systems.
-Responsible for the systems management of data integration, structure, integrity and access, including configuration/mapping, analytical tools and information formatting.
-Responsible for providing direction and training of the PCR function and the Budget Analyst responsible for maintaining the PCR database.
-Responsible for supporting the fiscal liaisons to achieve financial performance by providing education, training and access to the budgeting, performance tracking and PCR systems.
-Responsible for the development, analysis, monitoring and training of the biweekly and monthly FTE reporting.
-Responsible for providing management level reports to the BPC (Budget Performance Committee).
Qualifications:
-Demonstrated experience in a wide range of systems databases, including Meditech, PCR, Kaufman Hall budgeting and performance tracking system, and fiscal Datamart.
-Demonstrated knowledge in financial applications and their use, including cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and the general ledger.
-Bachelors degree with a major in finance or accounting, along with demonstrated analytical, writing, and PC and software skills.
-Requires two years of experience in healthcare databases and financial applications.
