Positions at the Research Associate to Scientist level are available. The following qualifications and descriptions are essential for the positions.
Background and education in the areas of biology, molecular biology, genetics, or biochemistry.
Effective interpersonal skills to work in a multidisciplinary team consisting of engineers, chemists, molecular biologists.
Strong organizational, analytical and record-keeping skills.
Ability to analyze data using statistics programs and to present results graphically.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of bioanalytical techniques and GLP.
Molecular Biology applications such as real-time PCR, reverse transcription, nucleic acid isolation, primer design, and related procedures.
Assay development from product concept to commercialization.
Experience with systems integration involving platforms and assays.
